Ok...I am no good at the technical aspects of blogging I need to get this banner (or a similar one) into my sidebar as a link to a web page. I am so confused. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? All I have is this banner and this html mumbo jumbo which is the link to my personal web page at Pretty Momma Sling.

You should be able to go to your layout and add an element to your side bar (like you did for the other items). Add the image and then click the link button to add your link to your personal page. (Do the add text feature, not add picture. You can't link from the picture one). You will have to drag the picture or copy and past it in since there is not upload picture feature there.
