Tasty Tuesdays

This week's Tasty Tuesday recipe is a wonderful salsa. I LOOOOVE salsa and eat in on almost everything. Jump into summer with the tangy salsa recipe. Pop on over to Just Talk for a fresh salsa recipe. YUM-O!


Sweet mango is a welcome addition to this spicy chipotle salsa.

1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained1/2 ripe medium mango, peeled, diced
4 medium sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro1 tablespoon fresh lime juice1 teaspoon finely chopped chipotle chile in adobo sauce1/4 teaspoon coarse salt (kosher or sea salt)

In food processor, place drained tomatoes. Cover and process until coarsely chopped. Place in medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips or serve on top on fresh fish

i've used this salsa over grilled tuna!! I also made a pineapple one... Yummy!
