Beans, beans they're good for your...

brain! :)

Here are some pics of E playing with her beans. I watch her closely to make sure they do NOT go in her mouth. I am only bring it out once or twice a week because it seems that she does not seem as interested if I bring it out more.

very cute looks like she is having a lot of fun. Rotating things every few days makes sense to me... change is a good thing

We did this too! Another great game is to fill up that bucket with bubbles. My boys would "pour" the bubbles back and forth playing with large spoons and spatula's. Great fun and then you don't have to watch quite so closely.

I am DEFINITELY going to do this for Tate. He would looooove it. Where did you get the beans from? Just curious. :) I'm looking for bulk beans or a big bag of them somewhere here but can't seem to find anything like that yet!

I love that she's playing with beans! What a fun thing that is SO simple to get for your kid. And thank goodness she's not interested in eating them!

I used to use beans as math manipulatives in my classroom. Good times, good times.
