Muffin Tin Monday

Here is my muffin tin from yesterday. Red, White and Blue! We had strawberries, watermelon, bananas, blueberries and yogurt! Check out more great muffin tin ideas over at Her Cup Overfloweth.

Muffin Tin Monday

This is my first week participating in the Muffin Tin Monday carnival. I have often used a muffin tin for Eliza's meals and/or snack so when I stumbled upon Her Cup Overfloweth 's weekly muffin tin blog gathering I was psyched.

This week's theme: Choose Your Own Theme

I was inspired by the book Eating the Alphabet by Lois Ehlert and by the start of our garden. I decided to fill my muffin tin with only foods you can grow.

Here is the result...

The lineup included: carrots, cantaloupe, cucumber, tomatoes, strawberries and broccoli.

YUM!

There are no refills unless all cups are finished. Otherwise, Eliza would pack herself full of some food and not others. It usually works out really well! I have a zillion ideas and can't wait to come up with more fun muffin tin meals.
