It has been a while since I posted about E's favorite books. That is because once she has a favorite it is a good while before she finds a new one. This is her one morning last week. She could care less about mommy, she was in her own little world.

That's Not My Pirate
Eliza loves to feel all the fun textures in this adorable touchy-feely book. She now moves my hand (or Pete's hand) to make sure we feel them too!
Peek-A-Who
This is MY favorite too! When we get to the Peek-A-Boo page I yell boo and Eliza puts her hands to her face ala Home Alone! It is really too funny. She also likes to do the choo choo train motion for Peek-a- Choo Choo.
Dear Zoo
Lift the flap books always seem to be a hit around here. Combine lift the flap with animals and you get an instant hit. She especially likes the snake and the dog!

So cute checking out her books!!! Avery has "that's not my truck" - he LOVED that book and would carry it everywhere. Right now he is still into Brown Bear, Brown Bear.... and a few other Disney short reads! I need to do a post like this - cute!!!
And it would be great if would stop trying to create more pages in a book - the thick paged hard books he tries to pry apart...
Hurray for E's book club!! I just finally went to my first book club in over a year! Geesh how I've missed them!! She is in for a fun future :)
I LOVE photos like these! Esme goes through her book stages too - I can't wait until she's really reading on her own! I loved it as a kid.
