3 months ago...

Looking back to Jan 17, 2008.

I was still at home. Eliza was not sleeping through the night. I was being inundated by talk shows featuring New Year's Resolutions.

Update

It is now 3 months later and...

Eliza is still not sleeping through the night.

My Hip Hop Abs DVD has not left my suitcase. I wonder if I can get in shape through Osmosis.

I still have high hopes of getting in shape by summer.

Sleeping at night?? Really?? Who does that? Let me know if the osmosis works out for you-- sleeping near my eliptical doesn't seem to help me. Maybe if I sleep on it!

I, too, am curious how osmosis works out for you - I was thinking of trying it out myself.
And sleeping through the night is overrated.

I'm with you on the exercise thing! I was feeling OK until I recently stopped nursing and now I feel thicker!

I always focus on my "why" reasons whenever I am having trouble getting up the motivation to exercise. If you have a strong enough reason to want to get in shape, then it will power you through those tough times.

Plus, just get started! "Push Play" as the Beachbody team always says. Once you're in front of the TV, just getting moving AT ALL is better than nothing, right? :)
